Get Involved

Throughout the years, Community Bridge has expanded to meet the existing and ever-changing needs of the community by providing support and counselling programs in the Peace River-Liard area. The Society, which is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, employs approximately 40 full-time and casual staff in the delivery of programs and services to our clients.

Become a Member

Membership and volunteerism continue to play an important role in the work the Society is able to do in our community. Please show your support by becoming a member today. By becoming a member of the Society, you will be entitled to vote to elect a Board of Directors, the right to serve on and take part in various committees, and the opportunity to use your own unique and specific skills for the betterment of the Society. You could also contribute to the ongoing success of the Society by advocating on its behalf and helping to raise community awareness of our services.

There are three classes of membership, namely: Full Membership, Honorary Membership, and Associate Membership. Full and Honorary Memberships have full powers and responsibilities and include voting rights and the right to hold office. Associate Membership includes service clubs, corporations, staff members and/or immediate family members, and excludes voting rights and the right to hold office.

For a yearly fee of $5.00, you can become a member of the Society; please complete the form: Membership Request Form
