Sexual Abuse Intervention Program - SAIP
Location: Fort St. John
Who Is This Program For?
This program provides individual and group counselling to children 0 to 18 years of age, who have experienced or witnessed violence and/or abuse.
What Services Are Provided?
Children are assisted in understanding feelings, personal self-esteem, anger management and violence & abuse issues through the use of art, educational and play activities suitable to each age.
We also provide referrals to other agencies and services.
How to Access the Program?
Have a physician, professional or other agency
refer you, or call direct the SAIP Counsellor direct at (250) 785-6021 Ext 237
Youth ages 12-18 years can access the program without parental consent if need be.
If the Counsellor is unavailable, please leave a message and phone number and your call will be returned.
