GEAR UP & GIVE BACK
As the start of the school year approaches, many families face the challenge of gathering all the necessary school supplies. To assist those in need, Community Bridge and Totem Mall are partnering to collect donations of essential school supplies for local children.
We invite you to visit the Community Bridge Booth at Totem Mall on August 13th, 14th, or 15th to contribute items such as colouring supplies, notebooks, erasers, pencils, sharpeners, binders, highlighters, or scissors. Last day to drop off donations is August 18, 2024.
As a token of appreciation, all donors will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a gift card. The lucky winner will be notified at the end of the week. Free ice-cream will be available on August 15th.
Additionally, for those interested in supporting children in need of a safe and nurturing home environment, we encourage you to take a pamphlet or talk with Tim, our new Foster Parent Recruitment, Retention, and Support Regional Coordinator. By doing so, you will also have the opportunity to enter the draw for the gift card.
